Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between Kalqore Private Limited (“Kalqore”, “we”, “us”) and the business that uses Hedwig Flow (“you”). By using Hedwig Flow, you agree to them.

The service

Hedwig Flow is an AI receptionist. It answers calls to the phone number we set up for you, talks with your callers, books, moves and cancels appointments according to the timings, services and rules you give us, sends WhatsApp confirmations and reminders to your callers, and shows you your calls and appointments in your dashboard. Each call can last up to 5 minutes.

Your details and your callers

• You keep the details we use (timings, holidays, services, fees, staff and rules) correct and up to date; the receptionist books according to them.
• You are responsible for the care or service you give your callers, and for your appointments.
• You allow us to handle your callers’ information on your behalf, to answer your calls, as our Privacy Policy describes.

What the receptionist does and doesn’t do

It says it is an AI assistant, does not give medical advice, tells urgent cases to go to the nearest hospital, and books only after a clear yes. Like any receptionist, it can mishear or make a mistake, so check your appointments in your dashboard. It is not an emergency service.

Plans and payment

• Plans are monthly and counted in calls, at the price agreed with you. Calls shorter than 20 seconds are not counted.
• Calls are still answered after your plan’s calls are used; those extra calls are charged at the price agreed with you.
• A free pilot, if we agree one, has a budget. When it is used up, the pilot’s number stops answering until we agree a plan or a bigger budget.
• Prices are in Indian rupees, and GST is added as applicable. Bills are due as stated on them.

Stopping

You can stop at the end of any month. We may pause or end the service if bills are not paid or if the service is misused; where we can, we will tell you first.

Fair use

Do not use Hedwig Flow for anything unlawful, to mislead callers, or for marketing calls or messages.

Availability

We work to keep Hedwig Flow answering day and night, but it relies on phone networks and other providers and may sometimes be unavailable. We cannot promise that it will never be interrupted.

Liability

As far as the law allows, Kalqore is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost income, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before it.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will tell you about important changes before they apply.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
